3. Booking and Payments

Watan Experience & Tours LLC endeavors to ensure the accuracy and quality of our services. However, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. This includes any loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

While we make every effort to provide accessible UI, progressive web app readiness, and native-like offline caching, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access to our online platform.
